Now with Okta you can reset your password and unlock your account Online, Remotely, and on Mobile devices. (VPN, Domain)
1. Navigate to https://narisk.okta.com, If you have not setup your account you will be asked to do so at this point. If you already have setup your account proceed to the next step.
2. If you are needing a password reset you will need to select the “Need help signing in?” option at the bottom of the login box.
3. You will be prompted with 3 options to reset, via SMS, Voice Call, or Email. Please select the option you want. SMS is usually the quickest.
4. After your identity has been verified you will be prompted to reset your password. Password rule restrictions apply, 11 chars – 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 number/special is required.
