There are a few possible reasons why incoming calls could be going directly to your voicemail. If you are able to confirm that the SoftPhone is logged in and that you are able to make outbound calls without a problem, you may need to log in to your RingCentral portal, and check that "User Greeting" is not enabled.

User Greeting is a message that callers will hear prior to the call connecting you. Sometimes, there is confusion and a voicemail recording gets recorded here instead, so although the softphone may be fully logged in and able to receive calls, the caller's perception is that the call is going straight to voicemail, due to an improper recording being set as a User Greeting.
