1. Launch the RC Phone app.
2. At the log in screen you will select the Single Sign On option that looks like a key.
3. You will then be prompted to enter your email address that is on file with your RingCentral account.
4. After that it will redirect to the Okta portal will it will ask for your username and password.
5. After successful credentials you should then be prompted with your multi-factor authentication method: voice call, sms, push notification.
6. After completing the MFA step, you should then be logged in and read to use the RC Softphone.
