Recently, NARS’ Travel and Expense platform, Concur has transitioned to a multi-factor authentication process to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the platform. As a result of this change, users will need to take additional steps to log into Concur through okta.
Users can access Concur through the SAP Concur Phone App without taking the additional steps below.
To access Concur through okta:
Log into Concur through okta and sign in with your NARS’ email address and your “SAP Concur Password”. Then, select “Next” and the screen below will appear:
Follow the instructions below to obtain an Authentication Code:
- Click HERE to download the “TOTP Authentication” application to your computer.
- Click “Install”. Then, select “Get” to download the “TOTP Authenticator” to your computer.
- Once the “TOTP Authenticator” application is downloaded, return to Concur and click “Set up manually with a key”, as shown below:
- Copy the “Key” code from Concur. Then, return to the “TOTP Authentication” application. Enter “Concur” in the “Enter Name” field, paste the “Key” code in the “Enter Key” field, and click “Confirm”.
- An authentication code will appear in the “TOTP Authentication” application. Enter the authentication code into the “Authentication Code” field in Concur. Then, select “Sign In”.
- Once users have followed these steps, they will log into Concur using their username and SAP Concur Password. Then, they will access the “TOTP Authentication” application on their computer to obtain the authentication code, which they will enter into the “Authentication Code” field in Concur. Lastly, users will click “Sign In” to log into Concur.
