Receiving Files Too Large to be Uploaded to Claims3TM
If an adjuster receives files too large to be emailed to the mailroom, they will access their individual adjuster folder in NARS Mailroom Sharepoint - Adjusters Page.
Create a new folder using the menu at the top of the SharePoint page. The new folder should be renamed the claim number.
- Drag and drop the file into the newly created folder.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the name of the folder, name of the file, and a request to upload the file to Claims3TM, due to the size of the file
Sharing Files Too Large to be Sent from Claims3TM
Login into the Mailroom Sharepoint and select “Documents” from the menu on the left
Select the “External Clients” folder
Then, select “New” to create a new folder.
The folder should be named something the client and adjuster will recognize like the claim number.
Drag and drop the file into the new folder. Then, right-click the folder you created and select “Share”
Type the external email address for the client(s) or person(s) who will be receiving the file
Add a message to the recipient and click “Send”
Only the recipients included in the shared link will be able to access the file. Recipients will be asked to enter a verification code which will be sent to their email address.
Recipients can access the link as long as they have the link. Sub-folders can also be created as needed for claims that have more than one large file.
