RingCentral has announced it will discontinue support for the standalone RingCentral Phone desktop application (pictured below). The final day of support is April 30, 2025, after which the application will no longer function.



 




 

To avoid service disruption, please follow the instructions below to download and install the updated RingCentral application.



 

Step 1) Click this link or copy/paste it into your browser





 

Step 2) Click “Download for Windows” to download the new application.


                


Step 3) On the top right of your browser click the down arrow and open the file


                



 

Step 4) The app will install and open. Click “Allow All” cookies on the pop up


                



 


 

Step 5) Click “Sign in”


                



 

Step 6) Click “Singl Sign-on”


                



 

Step 7) Enter your email address and choose “Submit”


                



 

Step 8) A browser window will pop open. If it asks you to sign into Okta, please sign into Okta


  1. Click “Always Allow” and then “Open Ring Central”




 

You should now be signed into the new Ring Central Application. Please use this application going forward, do not use the RingCentral Desktop Softphone.
