1. Search on your bottom Windows search bar "default apps" and open up those settings
  2. Under "Set a default for a file type or link type" type in the letters pdf and then click your mouse below that to choose Foxit as the default for PDF's.
  3. If AFTER completing step 1 and 2, you STILL receive a message every time you open a PDF please change the following:
    1. With the Foxit app open choose "File" on the top left and then "Preferences" and then uncheck the below box and choose "OK"
